Refund & Return Policy – Ankurit Greens
At Ankurit Greens, we take utmost care in growing, harvesting, and delivering fresh premium microgreens. Since microgreens are highly perishable in nature, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Returns
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any microgreens or fresh produce products.
Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
To request a refund or replacement, customers must:
- Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Provide the order details
After verification, our team may offer:
- A replacement for the affected product, or
- A partial/full refund, depending on the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases where:
- The product has been consumed partially or fully
- Improper storage after delivery caused spoilage
- The complaint is raised after the specified reporting window
- Taste preferences or minor natural variations in microgreens are involved
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are harvested or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
